Lost? Stolen? At the bottom of the lake? Destroyed by your dog or scratched by your own stupidity? Sorry friend, if it wasn’t Pit Viper’s Fault it’s probably not a warranty.

If a customer brings back product after leaving the store and it's been used, they will need to submit a warranty claim through the Pit Viper website.
