Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at holeshot@denka.co.za.

Before Dispatch: If your cancellation request is received before your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the order must be treated as a Return. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed once the item has been delivered.

Refusal of Delivery If you refuse delivery of an order that has already been dispatched, or if the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to us. In these instances, any costs incurred for the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

Cancellations by Us Denka Design Consultancy CC reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Inaccurate stock levels or item unavailability.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Errors in pricing or product descriptions.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed immediately.
