Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch:

Upon receipt of payment which has cleared, and subject to availability, we aim to process your order within 2-7 working days. Once your order is ready for processing, you will receive an email confirmation containing delivery or self-collection details. If there is any delay with dispatching your order, you will be promptly informed.

Please note that while we strive to maintain stock at our dispatch premises, it is the nature of the Denka business model that it collaborates with various suppliers. Consequently, some items/stock/products may be dispatched directly from the supplier’s premises or may be manufactured upon receipt of your order, before being delivered to us for dispatch. If your order is affected by this arrangement, you will be promptly informed.

Shipping & Delivery:

Denka offers a flat delivery rate of R130.00 nation-wide delivery for all orders under R3000.00 and free delivery nation-wide for orders over R3000.00. Currently, we only ship to addresses within South Africa, and no international orders are accepted. Please note that Denka Design Consultancy CC reserves the right to change or modify our shipping terms, including the availability of free delivery, without prior notice.

We work with multiple suppliers and courier companies for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot control and do not take any responsibility for any external factors such as strikes, delayed flights, factory closures during public holidays or festive seasons, weekends, or any unexpected breakdowns. In the event of extended delays, we will keep you informed regarding the status of your order.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this agreement, we shall not be in breach or otherwise be liable to the user for any loss suffered by the other party arising out of any delay in or prevention of performance of a party’s obligations in terms of this agreement due to any cause or reason beyond its reasonable control resulting from acts of God, war, civil war, insurrection, sanctions, terrorism, labour action or unrest, interruption to or failure of electrical power, which results in a party’s failure or delay to comply with any part of its obligations in terms of this agreement.
